About the role
a) Working for a domiciliary care provider based in Leatherhead to deliver premium home care to older people and to adults with physical learning disabilities.
b) Sit at the central office and keep services running. Build and manage the rota,respond to charges as they come in from families, carers, professionals and clients.
What we are looking for
1. A genuine commitment to person centred care
2. ⁠Solid understanding of domiciliary care
3. ⁠Working knowledge of CQC standards and notifications timescale
4. ⁠confident with scheduling systems and digital care plans
5. ⁠experience in scheduling or care coordination
6. ⁠Reliable, accountable and able to lead large teams
7. ⁠proven ability to manage fast moving rota
8. ⁠calm under pressure and decisive
9. ⁠excellent communication skills
10. ⁠strong organisational and time management

Requirements
1. NVQ or QCF level 3 in health and Social Care or Adult
2. ⁠Experience of Care Planner
3. ⁠Rigt to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
4. ⁠A full IK driving licence with access to own vehicle with insurance
5. Enhanced DBS check including adult barred list-this we arrange and pay for.
6. ⁠Two satisfactory references.
